Hello yall! I hope this week has been a good one. I’ve been working on the laundry room and finishing up on a client’s house. Which brings me to my post today!
I’m so excited to tell you more about my e design services. I think I unofficially began offering e design maybe a year ago? Here’s the story behind it. As you probably have figured out by now, I love HOME. I love creating a space that’s comfortable and warm for my family. I love changing and rearranging and making things fresh. I think it’s so important to take pride in the space that is home.
Actually I started this blog right after we lived in Hawaii for 4 months in 2016. While we were there I did what I could to that mirrored, black lacquered bachelor pad we rented…All in efforts to make my sweet family and myself feel at home.
That’s when I really realized it’s importance. Home. Wherever you lay your head. I knew when I got back to Texas, I would do something that revolved around inspiring others to create ‘home’. You may be apartment living or renting. You may have lived in the same house for 30 years or 30 days. Whatever your story, your home should bring you joy.
I know that for some people it’s hard to know where to start. You may know what you like and don’t like but the vision gets lost in translation. Maybe you have big dreams for your house, are working toward the overhaul but want to feel “finished” in the meantime. Maybe you have all the pieces you love but just can’t seem to get it to look the way you’d hoped. YAY! Let me help! You can go to my e design page to learn more but there are just a couple things I want to make clear.
1. It’s affordable. I want it to be an option for lots of people. I want to help lots of people. So, there are a couple packages depending on what room you’re doing and how much you want to change. If you’ll scroll to the bottom of the e design page, there’s a spot to send me a little email. From there, I’ll get you more info.
2. It’s doesn’t mean you have to replace everything you own. I’m always encouraging people to use what they have. Why wouldn’t I here, too?
3. I can create a room in YOUR style. It doesn’t have to be my style.
3. My favorite part of e-design work is that you end up completing the space for yourself. You’ll feel great when you’ve taken my suggestions, done the work and completed a room. It makes me all misty. YOU DID IT! As someone who does a lot in their home, let me tell you, the feeling is awesome.
