Hey yall! It’s been a while but I haven’t felt like I’ve had time to sit and type. In the last couple weeks I started offering 30 minute Zoom calls to my followers on social media. We’ve talked about entire room layouts, open shelving,
small space hacks, temporary work-spaces, kids rooms, DIY projects and
lots more. I really wasn’t sure how it would go when I first mentioned it but it has been so much fun! I love to be creative,
problem solve and help people love their home more so it’s fun to be able to connect one on one that way. (if you’re interested, you can email me at Jessica@househomemade.us)
From that, I’ve seen a lot of people needing help with wall art. My favorite go-to are the digital downloads that can then be printed anywhere and any size you need. I first did a round up here. Here’s one I pulled together this week. (you’ll find the affiliate links to each print and some frame suggestions below) They all work together really well but obviously are great on their own…
A note on framing. I think most artworks look better when they have a mat. It’s not necessary but helps them to look more finished and polished. You can either buy a frame with a mat OR you can format the picture with a white edge around it before you send it to the print shop. I use canva. You can pick the size of “design” then make the picture smaller within the dimensions. Like this:
