Hello! This week I’m joining a group of lovely bloggers to bring you a quick, little late fall home tour. I hadn’t really shown you much since I’d been working like a dog to finish our kitchen so I’m excited to show you a few pretty spots in our home.
I don’t really do much for Fall in way of decor. I have a few pumpkins I bring out and then mostly I just like to bring in warm colors and cozy textures.
I added a few things to our porch and also painted the stoop black. It’s nice to have a little bit of contrast between the step and the house. We updated the exterior of our house last fall. See that reveal here.
Our reading room got a makeover last spring, see that here. It’s already a warm and cozy den.
I moved the wreath from the front door to the wall and besides that, nothing changed.
In the living room, our mantel got a fresh coat of taupey gray paint and some fall styling… after the bats came down after Halloween.
My desk is in the corner of the living room. It got a few pumpkins.
I mentioned the kitchen renovation earlier. I’m so happy with how it turned out and the little estate sale bowl of apples on the table is perfectly fall feeling.
The only other space I warmed up for fall was our bedroom. All summer the duvet gets put away but last week I dragged it back out and fluffed things up. We’ve had some cold night already. My favorite.
Thank you for being here! Make sure you check out tours from yesterday, today and more this week.
Thanks for reading, friends!
