I’m so excited to introduce my new series, House Homemade’s Takeover Makeover!
In the past, I
largely kept you in the dark during design execution, focusing on the
big reveal. But in October while participating in the One Room Challenge, I
switched things up and shared every step along the way over on my Instagram account. My community over there loved it! Y’all enthusiastically liked, commented, shared, asked questions, and
offered encouragement. I had messages every single day letting me know how
exciting it was to follow along. How it was encouraging to not only see the
perfectly staged final photos but to also get to see the bumps and setbacks as they happened #reallife . I want to show you that with a little creativity and courage, you can make the
big reveal your reality.
give the people what they want! Takeover Makeover will be featured across
the @househomemade feed, Instastories, and IGTV (I’ll also make sure I’m sharing to my stories on the House Homemade Facebook page). For each edition I’ll go
to a follower’s home and tackle a quick 2-day makeover sharing the process,
DIY projects and behind the scenes details along the way.
