Primp and Pamper: Girl’s Bathroom Plans

You guys! I am so excited to start officially talking about the girls bathroom! I’ve been sharing stories of progress on my Instagram for the last 4+ weeks. In fact, if you want to catch up on those, you can click here.

Even though I’ve shared lots of the process, this is the first time sharing any kind of design plans. I am so excited by the picture above!! (all the clap hand emojis) I do so much pre-planning online, it’s so nice to see these things in real life and have it look as good as it did in my head.

Before I show you more of the plans, let me show you how the space started.

Linoleum floors that were bubbled in a few places. A soffit that had exactly ZERO purpose.

Gold glittered sea shell sinks.

A spot for a vanity chair that was being used as a litter box cubby, (gross, but, keeping it real).

It’s a great layout and a great size. I love that the vanity area is in one space and the shower and toilet are in another. I would have left this bathroom reno for a later date but I had the opportunity to partner with some amazing women in the Primp and Pamper Bathroom Makeover series and I just couldn’t say no! You might remember the master bath update I did with some of these same ladies at the beginning of the year. A huge thanks to Jewel for hosting and even thinking of me. It’s truly an honor. She’s a creative genius, y’all.

We’re each tackling a bathroom in our homes and are excited to be partnering with Build.com and Signature Hardware to make our spaces GREAT!

Ok, here’s what I’ve got planned.

SOURCES

Signature Hardware:

48″ Morris Vanities. They’ll have a carrara marble counter top. The wood tone on these cabinets is perfect and they are so, so beautiful.

Build.com:

Quoizel Landry vanity light in brass

Everything else:

Make sure to come back next week for more details and some progress shots. Also, check out the other awesome bathroom makeovers in the works. I’m so excited to see them myself!

Thanks for reading, friends!

  1. I can't wait to see this, Jessica! I adore that mauve wall color you picked out. I've been wanting to paint something in a mauve for a while now. Can't wait to see this come to life!
